I hope that i can maintian my weight at 42kg and slim my big FATTY HUGE TUMMY and tights! working on my way to my aim!!!
control my moster eating habits:
-stop eating 2 happymeal and mac at late night (burgers,fries,nuggets,corn,drinks)
-stop eating a few packets of biscuits after each meal
-stop eating alot of beef
-stop eating over amount of food which i should have consume
- food seems like never enough for me, can't stop my teeth from chewing all the food.
